Rush orders are accepted based on availability. Rush fees are not combined; the highest applicable fee will apply. Final shipping is confirmed before payment.

Good to Know
A digital mockup is included at no additional cost. Review and approve the mockup before painting begins so the final banner matches your wording, colors, and overall theme.
Full payment is required after the mockup is approved and before painting begins. Your order is not considered booked until payment has been received.
Every banner is painted entirely by hand. Natural brushstrokes, slight imperfections, and small color variations from the digital mockup are normal and are part of the handmade process. Minor artistic adjustments may be made while remaining consistent with the approved wording, colors, and overall theme.
Because each banner is custom designed, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable. If your event is canceled, your payment may be eligible for credit toward a future date or order, subject to availability.
Responsibility for the banner transfers to the customer once it has been picked up or shipped. Proper handling and storage are the customer’s responsibility, and Bows and Arrows Creations is not responsible for damage that occurs after fulfillment.
Finished banners may be photographed and shared on the Bows and Arrows Creations website, social media, or other marketing materials. For surprise events, please request that posting be delayed when approving your mockup or submitting payment.

Based in Middle Tennessee. Local pickup may be arranged, and local delivery or a meeting location may be available. Cakesicles are not shipped; banners may be shipped.
